Our Buy-Back Guarantee is valid only:

• for games that are purchased from KitakamigameShop
• within 1 year from the date of purchase shown on the official receipt. After the 1-year period, we are still able to buy-back games purchased from  KitakamigameShop but it will be on a selective basis (not guaranteed)
• the buy-back price will come up to a maximum of 60% of the prevailing market price for the title
• the buy-back price is dependant upon several factors such as the condition of the game disc, its original packaging and accompanying manual/s, the popularity of the title, the release date of the game.
