I want to return my purchase. What should I do?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange within seven (7) days, provided they are in their original, unused, sealed and saleable condition and are accompanied by an original receipt. I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. What should I do?
We are very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please call us at +6019 for assistance returning the item.
Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser's method of payment; you cannot obtain a store voucher for a returned gift item.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Once the return item is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days to credit the refund into your account.

What is the difference between Region 1, 2, 3 and 4 for PlayStation 3?
The different region codes show where the games are manufactured for:
- Region 1 North America
- Region 2 Europe
- Region 3 Asia
- Region 4 Oceania
There is no difference in the gameplay. However, different regions may or may not have the same:
- Box Art
- Downloadable Contents (DLC)
- Language i.e Voice and Subtitles

Kindly contact us using the Enquiry Form or via email and we will do our best to restock the item as soon as possible or recommend you an alternative. We will contact you as soon as the item is available for purchase, but this does not obligate you to make a purchase. However, items are available on a 'first come, first served' basis, so please make sure that you place your order quickly.
Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?
We do not know if an item will go on sale or be marked down until it actually happens. The best way to catch a great sale would be to visit our Crazy Specials regularly.

Buy-Back Guarantee
Can I trade in my games?
Yes. Only if they are purchased from GameOn with receipt.
Are there any terms and conditions?
Buy-Back Guarantee is valid within 1 year from the date of purchase. After the 1-year period, we are still able to buy-back games on a selective basis.
How much can I get?
The buy-back price will come up to a maximum of 60% of the prevailing market price for the title, it is also dependant upon several factors such as the condition of the game disc, its original packaging and accompanying manual/s, the popularity of the title and the release date of the game.
